Job Purpose and Key Performance areas: Male Second Year Candidate Attorney with proven experience on:
Setting down unopposed and opposed motions, Indexing and pagination court files, serving and filing documents, liaising with the Master of the High Court, attending to deceased estate matters, attending to Labour matters and the Labour Court, attending to interlocutory applications in the District Magistrate court, drafting pleadings & notices in action and motion proceedings in the Magistrate Court as well as High Court.
Location: Roodepoort, Johannesburg
Basic Salary: Negotiable based on exp and commission after 3 months’ probation period.
Own transport is essential
Right of Appearance in the Magistrate’s Court will be an added advantage
