Printing, scanning, copying and faxing facilities, upon a tariff to be set from time to time. Each office will receive an access code to the printer/scanner/copier and the Lessee will be billed in arrears on a monthly basis by the Lessor. These invoices should be paid by no later than the 1st of each month, failing which the usage will be suspended until such time that the expense has been recovered by the Lessor.
Use of kitchen to be shared between seven offices, including fridge and microwave.
Cleaning person to perform basic cleaning services within the shared office area at least two to three times a week and the individual offices at least once a week.
Electricity and water included in basic rental.
Security guard patrolling the office estate property 24 hours a day.
Maintenance resulting from normal wear and tear included in the rental.
The levies will be paid by the Lessor.
