Morning Only position 8h00 – 13h00 from home-based office, located in Florida Hills (Roodepoort, Gauteng)

We are looking for an independent and emotionally mature individual for the position of Personal Assistant.
The person will take full responsibility for the office administration and operations. This position is for a friendly, outgoing person, with an eye for detail & style, who is willing to learn more about headhunting and recruiting for the IT industry, and various other Micro Businesses, in the new era of remote and digital working environments.
Key Performance Areas include:
- Receiving and placing calls
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Managing the Owners’ diaries
- Proactive communication with clients (or candidates) via telephone, email, regular mail and social media channels
- Professional CV writing or formatting.
- Support the Owners creating and updating presentations, tracking budgets and expenses.
Performing various related administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will be able to fulfil the following criteria:
- Excellent client interaction skills
- Exceptional virtual team player
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans, with specific focus on business English writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional telephone manner
- Computer literate in MS Office, Intermediate Level, with PowerPoint at Expert Level.
- Financials literate in Pastel / Sage Online
- Communications literate in MS Teams (Expert Level)
- Proficient in social media channels (e.g. Whatsapp, Facebook, Linkedin), including cloud services (Google, Dropbox and OneDrive)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, with Pro Active approach on short term goals.
- Able to work independently, remotely and flexible hours

Exposure to any of the following industries would be an advantage: IT Recruitment and Consulting Placements, Telecommunication, Financial Services, Hospitality or Property Investment.
Experience in Office Administration & Management, Client Relationship Management, Basic Bookkeeping, Coaching and Personal Assistant.

Effective Virtual Team Management, Tools and Techniques is essential.

1.The position is for a Personal Assistant, which implies access to Business and Personal Information, as a result of Duties. Confidentiality, and Discretion will be mandated.
2.Salary will be market related, on entry level, to be finalised after short listing of candidates.
